Kids like it a lot. It is Maharashtra's food. It's the mixture of veggies. You can make it for breakfast and snacks also. Very easy and yummy.

Kids like it a lot. It is Maharashtra's food. It's the mixture of veggies. You can make it for breakfast and snacks also. Very easy and yummy.
Steps

Heat 2 teaspoon coconut oil in a pan.

Add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Saute till golden brown.

Add in chopped onion and fry till golden brown.

Add in chopped capsicum and green peas. Fry for a minute.

Add in chopped tomatoes and stir well.

Add in turmeric powder and salt,mix well.

Add boiled, pealed and mashed potatoes.

Add in 200 ml of water.

Now add pav bhaji masala powder and mix well. Let it be boil 3 minutes. Now switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Now add 2 teaspoon lemon juice and butter.

Now heat iron tawa. Take pav / bun one by one and toast by applying ghee.

Serve in hot by garnishing chopped onion.
