Easy to do.. I use dill pickle relish, i just said finely diced dill pickle because it is the same. They are yummy and southern style.

Ingredients

  • 6large eggs
  • 1 tspyellow mustard
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tbspdill pickle
  • 1 tspfinely diced onion
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 dashpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil eggs.

  2. 2

    Let cool

  3. 3

    Peel eggs

  4. 4

    Slice eggs in half place on a plate

  5. 5

    Pop yolks out into a mixing bowl

  6. 6

    Smash up yolks

  7. 7

    Add other ingredients to bowl and stir til fairly smooth

  8. 8

    Fill egg white pieces with mixture.

  9. 9

    Enjoy

  10. 10

    Chill in refrigerator covered for about 20 minutes

we make them the same way but i leave out onion and paprika on top. :-)
