Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphalf boiled Moong dal
  2. Halfcarrot gratted
  3. 1/2 beetroot grated
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. 4Flat puris
  7. as neededFresh Pomogrante seeds
  8. as neededfresh corainder
  9. 1green chilly finely chopped
  10. 1 tbspLemon juice
  11. as neededChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan

  2. 2

    Heat oil & Saute onion, carrot and beetroot.

  3. 3

    Add dal, Lemon juice, Chaat masala.

  4. 4

    Toss on high flame for 2 min.

  5. 5

    Transfer into serving dish

  6. 6

    Garnish with fresh corainder and Pomogrante seeds
