Season chicken with chicken spice, brown onion spice and barbeque spice

Place chicken in 4cm deep oven dish and cover with boiling water

Bake chicken at 200°C until cooked through

Boil pumpkin chunks in 50 ml water with a pinch of salt, a tbls sugar, and a tsp margerine

Mash pumpkin when cooked

Make salad

Serve
