This dish is really one of my most beloved innovative ideas. It can be made with leftover khichdi , as simple as that. Quick and easy that requires just a handful of ingredients . Pav bhaji masala added in it renders it a unique flavour and it tastes not only yum but smells heavenly too.

Heat the butter or ghee in a non-stick deep fry pan.

Saute the veggies with all the masalas.

After about 10 mins of stir frying, add khichdi and cook it covered over low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Serve hot with any raita of your choice.

I served them with curd chillies to the adults and kids will relish it as it is because it does not require any accompaniment whatsoever.
