Take 2 tbs of oil in a pan and add cumin,onion, green chilli and saute for 1 minute

Now add soaked moong daal and spices...mix properly for 5 minutes on low flame...

Now add Paneer and ginger Julienne and mix.... cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low flame

Take out the mixture and sprinkle Coriander leaves and keep a side

Fill this mixture in Capsicum Bowls and spread Cheese evenly

Fry the bowls into hot oil in a kadhai on low flame.... cover the kadhai and cook until the cheese melt...... Garnish with ginger Julienne Serve hot with chapaati or paratha
