Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupmushroom
  2. 3 cupsvegetable
  3. 4green pepper (big)
  4. 3 tablespoonspoon ketchup
  5. 2 cubesmaggi
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  8. 1 cupchopped onions
  9. 0.1 kgchicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil chicken for 12 minutes

  2. 2

    Place a pot on a heat source and add oil

  3. 3

    Add onions and ketchup and stir for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Add the parboiled chicken and stir for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 cup of water

  6. 6

    Add maggi, salt, green pepper and mushroom

  7. 7

    Allow to boil for 8 minutes

  8. 8

    Add vegetable and allow to boil for 1 minute

  9. 9

    Stir and serve
