  1. 1/2 KgRice
  2. Cooking Oil
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Pilau Masala
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 Kgmeat

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the meat into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Let the meat cook for thirty minutes until it tenderizes.

  3. 3

    Add the onions into the pan. Add three spoonfuls of oil. let it cook until they turn golden brown. Add the already pounded Ginger and garlic into the pan. let it cook until you can smell the sweet aroma.

  4. 4

    Add the already boiled meat into the mixture of onions, Ginger, garlic.

  5. 5

    It's now time to add the tomatoes and the tomato paste to the already cooking meat. Cover and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

  6. 6

    Add two and a half glasses of water into the already cooking stew.

  7. 7

    Once the water boil, pour the full glass of already washed rice. cover your pan and let it cook.

  8. 8

    Our food is ready to serve. Add some Kachumbari to complete our dish.
