  • 375 mlflour
  • 10 mlbaking powder
  • 2 mlsalt
  • 125 mlsugar
  • 1 packagesbroken-up pieces of chocolate
  • 125 mlmilk
  • 60 mlmelted butter
  • 1beaten egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Stir together the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add the milk to the melted butter and egg.

  4. 4

    Add to the dry ingredients till just combined.

  5. 5

    Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
