Steps

Wash & soak Sama rice. Cut vegetables.

Heat ghee/oil in cooker. Add Jeera, when it becomes brown add peanuts, curry leaves, saute well. Add vegetables. Mix all.

Remove water of soaked rice. Add Sama rice in sauted vegetables. Add salt & black pepper. Saute well. Cover the cooker lid. Cook it on medium flame until 1 whistle.

Switch off gas. Let steam be released by itself. Sama rice pulav us ready to serve. Serve with curd or aloo ki sabji.
