Ingredients

  1. 7 mediummashed ripe bananas
  2. 3 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupsoftened margarine
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 2 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 3 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  9. 1 cupmilk
  10. 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 325'F

  2. 2

    grease and flour 9x13 pan

  3. 3

    cream together sugar, eggs, margarine and bananas in large bowl.

  4. 4

    add remaining ingredients mixing well.

  5. 5

    pour into prepared pan

  6. 6

    bake for 70-80mins until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
