1 kgmillet and sorghum flour
Water

1

Boil Water in a Sufuria. When boiled flour slowly by slowly while mixing.

When thick enough, cover and cook from time to time while turning
3

If the Ugali isn't thick enough add flour until it thickens
4

Cover to allow it to cook for 3 more minutes.
5

IF ready serve.
