Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 1sliced onion
  3. 3chopped tomatoes
  4. cooking oil
  5. salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions and cooking oil on the pan and stir a little then add the beaten eggs.

  2. 2

    When eggs are cooked add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Cover for the tomatoes to soften and add salt.

  4. 4

    Stir for a few minutes then turn off heat and serve with ugali
