Ingredients

  1. 12 smallpotatoes, cut in half
  2. 1/2 cuphoney mustard salad dressing
  3. 2 tspcrushed dried rosemary
  4. 2 mediumgreen apples, cut into 1 inch pieces.
  5. 1 packages(17.6 ounces) turkey breast cutlets, cut into 1 inch stripes

Steps

  1. 1

    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.

  2. 2

    Bring to a boil.

  3. 3

    Cook for 5 minutes until crisp tender.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine salad dressing and rosemary.

  5. 5

    Set aside.

  6. 6

    Fold turkey strips in thirds.

  7. 7

    Thread onto 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers alternating with potatoes and apples.

  8. 8

    Spoon half the dressing over the kabobs.

  9. 9

    Grill, uncovered, over medium hot heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until no longer pink, basting and turning occasionally with remaining dressing.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
