  • 4thick pork shoulder blade steaks
  • 1Olive Oil
  • 1Salt
  • 1Pepper
  • 2 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 2 cupketchup
  • 2 cupchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt & pepper both sides of steaks.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan on medium high.

  3. 3

    Sear both sides of steaks.

  4. 4

    Mix last four ingredients together in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Pour small amount of mixture in bottom of crockpot.

  6. 6

    Place steaks in crockpot and pour remaining mixture over them.

  7. 7

    Cook on high for four hours.
