Ingredients

  1. 250 gramscooked rice
  2. 2 mediumred shallot - slice
  3. 1 clovegarlic - mince
  4. 1 smallbirdeye chili - slice
  5. 30 gramschives - cut to 2 inch lenght
  6. 1 mediumcarrot - dice
  7. 2 mediumeggs
  8. 1salt & pepper
  9. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    heat the oil in large pan and sauté the onion and garlic till caramelised.

  2. 2

    then add the carrots and birdeye chili sauté, for 1 minute

  3. 3

    turn to high heat and crack the eggs in and let it cook a bit then pour in the rice and mix well

  4. 4

    make sure you always mixing otherwise it will burn, or you can slow down the heat if you afraid it might burnt.

  5. 5

    add the salt and pepper also the chives and mix again.

  6. 6

    done and serve.
