Ingredients

  • 2pork chops (rib eye chops shown)
  • 1 packagesgarlic & chive hummus
  • 2 tspred curry powder
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspground cumin
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspdried minced onions
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1vegetable oil; as needed
  • 1/2 tspground ginger

  1. 1

    On full blast, heat up a small, non-stick saute pan. Combine all spices except salt in a bowl. Toss all spices in the saute pan at once. Constantly toss around spices until fragrant. Do not burn. Set aside. You just made curry.

  2. 2

    Cover chops with enough oil to coat. Season. Bake at 350° until pork reaches desired doneness.

    After chops are done cooking, spread hummus atop.
