  • 1/4 cuptoor dal
  • 2 tbspoil /ghee
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf/tejpatta
  • 2-red chilli
  • 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 cuphare matar
  • 1/2 cupcauliflower /govi chopped
  • 1/2 cuplouki chopped
  • 1carrot /gajarchopped
  • Salt /namak-swadanusar
  • Pani /water -as needed
  • 1 tspgaram massala
