#Healthyjunior...There was lot of upma left from the breakfast and when i boiled green dry peas for the lunch formaking choley.i kept some boiled peas out for making kebaabs .These kebaabs are healthy, super yummy. crispy from outside and soft from inside.

#Healthyjunior...There was lot of upma left from the breakfast and when i boiled green dry peas for the lunch formaking choley.i kept some boiled peas out for making kebaabs .These kebaabs are healthy, super yummy. crispy from outside and soft from inside.
Steps

Take a bowl and add in all the ingredients of kebab dough.

Mix everything with your hand and make a semisolid dough.

Divide kebab dough into equal parts you can make 12 -15 kebab from this dough.

Each one should be of tennis ball size,First dip them in whipped egg then roll them with bread crumbs and give them disc shape 3inch in diameter

Heat oil on a nonstick girdle and shallow fry all the kebaab carefully.

Fry from both the sides until crisp and brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or with tomato sauce for the snacks or as a tiffin for your kids.
