Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 stickmargarine
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2eggs
  • 1 packagesinstant chocolate pudding(4 oz.)
  • 12 ozchocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter. (I used the dough hook in my mixer)

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 375.

  3. 3

    Grease two 9" x 13" pans.

  4. 4

    Divide the dough in two and spread a thin layer of the dough in each pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake as cookies should be soft and chewy.

  6. 6

    Slice into bars and drizzle with chocolate.

It was a little thick for me so I put about 1/4 cup of oil into the mix so I was able to stir. I also thought it best to just make it into cookies instead of bars. Thanks so much for this though!
