Firstly greated the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Now add maida, curd, yellow food colour.

Mix very well for a smooth batter.

In a pan add water, sugar, cardamom powder and boil it for sugar syrup.

Now heat ghee in a pan.

Transfer the batter in the cone.

Now make jalebi in a ghee on low flame.

Jalebi turns into golden colour then remove from ghee.

Now dip jalebi in to sugar syrup.

After 5 minutes remove the jalebi from sugar syrup.

Serve hot.
