Get a large piece of foil that can wrap the entire lamb piece.

Add the rosemary, salt, mint and olive oil.

Leave on the grill for 45 minutes. 450°F

Remove foil and grill for 20 minutes.

Serve and if necessary add more salt to taste on top in the plate.
