Steps

    Wash yams

  2. 2

    Sort yams, and peel using a knife and slice averagely

  3. 3

    Boil in 5ppm solution of citric acid

  4. 4

    Dry in an oven till uniform weight and moisture content of 8-9%

  5. 5

    Package and(or) boil paste in water to form balls
