Ingredients

  1. fish
  2. 2swai fillets
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1/2lemon
  5. 1/4onion
  6. 1/2 packagessazon
  7. Italian seasoning, old bay, pepper
  8. 1Chopped vegetables
  9. rice
  10. 3/4 cupwhite rice
  11. 1olive oil
  12. salt
  13. sauce
  14. 2 tbspbutter or margarine
  15. 1 tspgarlic, minced
  16. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  17. worcestershire sauce
  18. 1DON'T USE AS MUCH WATER OR RICE WILL BE SOGGY

Cooking Instructions

    Add ingredients for rice to rice section of rice cooker. ** remember to add slightly less water because water from veggies

  2. 2

    Mix dry seasoning for fish together in bowl

  3. 3

    Rub mixture on front and back of both fillets and place in steamer section of rice cooker

  4. 4

    Slice tomato, onion and lemon and place on top of fish

  5. 5

    Add vegetables on top on fish and put steamer in rice cooker and turn on

  6. 6

    Add ingredients for sauce in bowl and heat in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. Stir and serve.
