This is a generations old family recipe that came about when money was tight. It has become a family favorite and never goes to waste. Feel free to add a personal twist to it or add more or less of the ingredients listed.

6hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cuponion, chopped
1/2 tsporegano
2 tbspbutter
2 cupegg noodles, cooked
1 cancream of celery soup
1/2 cupmilk
2 tbspparsley
bread crumbs
cooking spray

Start water to make egg noodles while cutting up hot dogs and onions. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown in skillet: hot dogs, onion, oregano, and butter. Stir frequently to keep from burning. (When hot dogs appear cooked, its generally done) Add noodles to water when water comes to a boil.

Drain noodles and combine in a greased casserole dish with: all ingredients in skillet, cream of celery soup, milk, and parsley. Mix together well.

Sprinkle bread crumbs across the top to keep mixture from burning.

Cook covered for 40-45 minutes at 350°F.
