Wash the meat well and sprinkle it with salty water

Grill the meat over charcoal and continuous check side by side to ensure all the meat is well roasted

You can use a knife to split the meat thigh into big slices to ensure each side is rosted well and dont forget to control heat.

Ones meat is fully roasted, prepare KACHUMBARI by combining the lemon juice,onions slices, tomato slices, garlic, turmeric and any spices, (to taste) in a plate.

Add salt to taste into the KACHUMBARI and Mix well.

Now serve the roasted meat, kachumbari with Ugali
