Ingredients

  1. 2pineapples
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 3 cupssugar
  4. 2 tablespoonsqueezed lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the pineapple and grate the pulp out of it.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan

  3. 3

    Add the pineapple pulp and water

  4. 4

    Let them cook for 20min on a medium flame

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and lime juice

  6. 6

    Let the mixture cook for 30minutes

  7. 7

    Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid

  8. 8

    Store it in the refrigerator for upto one or two weeks to use it.
