Chicken escalopes

This is from my five way chicken and uses the breast. They can be flavoured to taste but I used a mild Chinese five spice and they were great but garlic or even a little southern fried powder mixed in with the flour works. They are great cold the next day sliced in a salad wrap.

Cooking Instructions

Beat out chicken breast with steak mallet
- 2
Marinate in Chinese five spice and water for 2 hours +
- 3
Drain chicken and coat in seasoned flour
- 4

Beat egg with a little milk on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate

Coat chicken in egg and then bread crumbs
- 7
Fry in a little olive oil untill golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve with salads or new potatoes with veg.
