Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
8 servings
  • 2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 canlarge can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 canchicken broth
  • 2 packageschicken rice sides

Steps

1 hour 30 mins

    preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    In casserole dish mix together cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth

  3. 3

    Add in packages of rice give a quick stir

  4. 4

    Season chicken with your favorite chicken seasoning

  5. 5

    put either whole or sliced up chicken breast on top better if you slice it

  6. 6

    cover top of casserole dish with tin foil place in oven

  7. 7

    cook for 35 to 40 minutes remove tin foil cook for an additional 15 minutes
