Ingredients

  1. 2 canWhite Hominy
  2. 2Bay leaves
  3. 1 can(Big can) red enchilada sauce
  4. 2 lbBeef stew meat(easier because it's pre-cut)
  5. 1 eachXL chicken bouillon cube
  6. 1 cupLime juice
  7. 2 cupWater
  8. 1Red Onion
  9. 1 bunchCilantro
  10. 1Cabbage
  11. 1Lime

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add first eight ingredients into crockpot after prepping half of red onion into quarters.

  2. 2

    Turn crock pot on high(4-5 hours) or low(7-8 hours). Add water as needed

  3. 3

    Cut remaining ingredients as a garnish for soup toppings.

  4. 4
