  1. 2 lbPork
  2. 16 ozHominy
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 eachRed onion (medium)
  5. 6 cloveGarlic
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper
  7. 28 ozCanned diced tomatoes
  8. 2 tbspChicken bullion powder
  9. 1as needed Red pepper flakes
  10. 8 ozRoasted and diced green chiles

Cooking Instructions

    Dice onions and garlic

  2. 2

    Cut pork into small cubes and remove fat as desired

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients into large crock pot

  4. 4

    Fill crock pot to the very top with water

  5. 5

    Cook on low for 10 hours. It is ready to eat at this point.

  6. 6

    Keep warm for additional 8-10 hours before storing or putting in the fridge
