  • 3bulbs gatlic
  • 3Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1chicken
  • 3onions
  • leavesRosemary
  • I bunch coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken cut into pieces with its water

  2. 2

    Add the crushed ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    When the water reduces add oil and fry to golden brown on low heat

  4. 4

    Add rosemary Tomatoes and let it simmer for a while.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot
