Ingredients

4 servings

6 cupchopped romaine
1ripe tomato,chopped (I remove the seeds)
1/2Cucumber chopped(I remove any seeds)
3 ozprosciutto(torn or cut in small pieces)
3 ozcapicola(torn or cut in small pieces)
3/4 cupsmall pitted black olives
1/2 cupchopped roasted red peppers
1/4 cupfinely chopped pepperoncini
4 ozcrumbled Gorgonzola cheese
8 tbspbalsamic vinaigrette( I use Ken's)

Rinse chopped lettuce and dry well. Place in large bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients and toss well!

I like my salad to sit for at least 20 min so all the flavors blend.
