Cooking Instructions

Cook potato bag in microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Combine 2 cups of cheese, the cream cheese, sour cream and potatoes. Mix well.
- 3
Smooth potato mixture into a baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese and chives. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°F.
