2 servings

2 cupsboiled githeri
2tomatoes
1onion
1carrot
1rosemary leaf
3 tablespooncooking oil
1/2avocado
To tastesalt

In a sufuria, fry your onion, add sliced tomatoes and season with salt. Cover to cook.

Add your githeri a little water to simmer and a few rosemary leaves. Cover to cook to 10 minuted.

Plate with Slices of avocado and carrots and garnish with rosemary herb.
