Meatballs in Tomoto Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Heat the a little oil in a pan adding the 1/2 the chopped onion and 1 crushed garlic cloves and leave to cool

In a mixing bowl mix the minced meat with the remaining 1/2 choped onion, garlic clove, mixed hrebs and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Shape into medium size balls and place in the fridge until required.

Heat the cooled chopped onions and garlic on a gentle heat and add the tin tomotoes garliv clove, salt and sugar

Cover and cook the tomotoes for 30 minutes until the tomotes are soft
- 6
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes until they are cooked all the way through

Once cooked place he meatballs into the cooked tomato sauce making sure to mix the meatballs into the sauce, leave for around 5 minutes and serve
