  1. 5 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 1garlic clove
  3. 5rosemary
  4. lemon thyme
  5. 10parsley
  6. 1/2lemon juice
  7. salt

  1. 1

    Grind all ingredients in a blender or by hand(better).

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice and the oil. Little by little. Let the mixture stand for a few minutes before serving. Works well with all salads warm or cold.
