4Baked potatoes
1/2 cupButter
1 tspSalt
1 canCrab meat, or use 12 oz of fresh
1/2 cuplight cream, or sour cream.
4 tbspGrated onion, or chives, green onion etc.

Take already baked potatoes cut in half. Scoop out potatoes and whip together in a mixing bowl with listed ingredients. Refill empty potato shells. Cook at 425 for 15 minutes. This can be made ahead of time. Just freeze and cook.

These were very good. highly recommend. I added a little fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
