  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 1/2 packagesBacon chopped pkg was 12oz just used half
  • 1 clovefresh garlic chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 stickcelery chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1 candiced tomatoes 20oz
  • 2tomato sauce 8oz
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 dashblack pepper
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1/2cilantro
  • 1/4 tspcumin
  • 2 tsptomato boulion
  • 2Bay leafs
  • 1pasta any kind cook al dente
  • 1serve with veggies or green salad

Steps

  1. 1

    I fry bacon in pan in low heat when golden brown set aside

    use the grease from bacon to fry ground beef until golden brown

  3. 3

    drain excess grease sauté carrots celery onion and garlic

  4. 4

    add diced tomato and sauce too

  5. 5

    add spices and let cook in a low heat for 2 hrs

  6. 6

    I use pasta rigatoni you can use any kind you like

  7. 7

    as side dish you can use veggies or green salad

  8. 8

    I add crused red peppers and cheese on top of sauce delicious;-)
