Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesCream cheese
  2. 1 canCondensed milk
  3. 1 canCrushed pineapple
  4. 250 mlFresh cream
  5. 1/2 packagesCremora ( powdered milk)
  6. 3/4 cupLemon juice
  7. 1 packagesTennis biscuit ( graham crackers)
  8. 1/3 cupButter ( melted)
  9. 1 envelopeGelatine
  10. 2 tbspBoiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the biscuits finely. Add melted butter. Mix well. Press into prepared pie fish.

  2. 2

    Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together. Add cremora and mix well. Add lemon juice. Spoon in the pineapple ( including juice)

  3. 3

    Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.

  4. 4

    Whip cream until reasonably stiff

  5. 5

    Add slightly cooled gelatine into mixture. Fold in cream

  6. 6

    Pour into base and refrigerate overnight
