Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 24jumbo shrimp peeled OR use 48 lg shrimp
  2. 4 tbspolive oil
  3. 2 cloveminced garlic
  4. 1salt and pepper
  5. 1 cupunseasoned breadcrumbs
  6. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  7. 4 tbspmelted butter

Steps

    Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact

  2. 2

    Mix together olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Add shrimp and toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes to an hour.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 475°F

  4. 4

    In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.Place each shrimp in bread crumb mixture and turn them to lightly coat both sides

  5. 5

    Arrange shrimp so that they aren't touching each other in a ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

  6. 6

    Place pan on the center rack of oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until done.
