T's sauce!!!

I used this on chicken leg first loved it but used only brown sugar and it was yummy but not quit right to sweet took away from the other flavors. I tried this and was awesomefied lol!!! This is what I used on the Cornish hen above.

Marinade whatever your gonna use this sauce on first the meat adds some extra yum ;-)

I would marinade anywhere from 2 hrs to 24 hours the longer the more flavor. Thicker meat needs more.

Now remove the meat and start cooking as recommended.

Put everything into a sauce pan bring to a boil. Boil about 20 min. Reduce heat and simmer till reduced and thickened. You can do this while your cooking so long as it takes a good hour or so to cook. If not start before.
