Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbItalian sausage (i used Jimmy Dean sage flavor)
  2. 4 ozsliced mushrooms (this is more than 1/2cup)
  3. 1 canpetite diced tomatoes - 14.5 oz
  4. 1 candiced garlic roasted tomatoes - 14.5 oz
  5. 1 cantomato sauce- 15oz
  6. 3 tbspfresh minced garlic
  7. 2 tbspitalian seasonings
  8. 1 tbsponion powder
  9. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  10. 1 packagesfrozen ravioli - 25oz bag
  11. 1parmesan cheese to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown sausage in pan, when sausage is almost done, add sliced mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of the garlic, cook till mushrooms have cooked down

  2. 2

    Add both cans of tomatoes and tomato sauce, the rest of garlic, italian seasonings, onion powder, and black pepper, let this come to a low boil, then turn down to simmer

    Bring a big pot of water to a full boil, add the frozen ravioli, cook according to directions on package, they usually only take about 4mins

  4. 4

    With a good straining spoon remove ravioli from water and add to the meat sauce, once all have been added, gently mix together and your ready to serve

  5. 5

    Top with shredded parmesan cheese and enjoy

I love being in the kitchen and My hubby and I love riding bikes! We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
