Ingredients

  1. 1 glassroasted vermicelli
  2. 2big onion finely chopped
  3. 2big capsicum finely chopped
  4. 10-12 finely chopped French beans
  5. 2 inchka adrak ka thukda chopped
  6. 2 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2big tomatoes finely chopped
  8. 1ts salt
  9. 1ts red chilly powder
  10. 1ts aamchur powder
  11. 1ts tarmric powder
  12. Halfts garam masala
  13. 2 tbsoil
  14. 1 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 1 glass water and cook for 1 Vishal or cook until the water is absorbed. Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
