Don't like "fishy fish"? This is a really easy way to get adults & kids alike who say they don't like fish, to actually eat it. It's a sweet glaze, but not too sweet.

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbSalmon filet
  2. 1 1/2 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  3. 6 tbspMelted Butter
  4. 3 tbspLemon Juice
  5. 2 1/4 tspDill Weed
  6. 3/4 tspChili Powder
  7. Lemon pepper seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rub salmon with lemon pepper seasoning & set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix all the other ingredients (except salmon & lemon pepper) in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour 1/2 a cup of the mixture into a sauce pan and warm over low heat stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Grill salmon for 5 minutes on medium then brush with the remaining mixture.

  5. 5

    Continue cooking 10-15 minutes with the cover down, basting occasionally.

  6. 6

    Serve with the warmed sauce.
