This is one of my go to desserts to make for a gathering! It is so quick and easy to prepare. Delicious on its own, and even better served with vanilla ice cream!

My grandma Mary always had a variation of the original recipe below. Feel free to add different fruit and alcohol!

A friend of my mom's gave me this recipe. My kids call it a cake cobbler. I have used apple, cherry & blueberry pie filling for this also. This will make just a small pan, like the picture, but can be doubled or tripled to make more.

You can make with cherry pie filling and a can of pineapple or even 2 cans of raspberry filling and a chocolate cake mix on top ...any fruit and cake flavors you desire , you can do and call your own and get creative with :) so have fun!

We picked up this recipe from a family member. Every year rhubarb is in season my family demands this treat.
