Put butter in a pot on high heat

Peel onion

Once butter it partially to halfway melted add oil Around the butter

Slice onion to 1/4in. thickness and drop into oil and butter. Use a mandolin if available.

Cutoff Kale stems, chop 1/4in. Then drop into onions and cover the pot

Cut Kale 1/2in.

Take Kale closest to stem side and place into pot letting it cook up to 2 minutes covered

Add peppers sliced 1/4in. thickness and stir

Stir in garlic til completely incorporated

Add rest of Kale

Now add 1/4 cup of water and let cook covered 3-4minutes

Once the bunch of Kale has wilted incorporate the bottom and top half stirring well

Add Lawry's and stir then ground black pepper
