Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 canTomato sauce
  3. 1 cupMacaroni or shell noodles
  4. 3yellow hot chili peppers (in a jar)
  5. 3/4 cupChicken stock or broth
  6. 1/4diced onion
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. salt, pepper, garlic powder
  9. 1 1/2 tspchili powder
  10. dashground cumin
  11. dashturmeric
  12. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Saute onions in a bit of oil

    Add ground beef to pan and season with salt,pepper,garlic powder,cumin, chili powder, & turmeric

  3. 3

    Cook meat until no longer pink and add garlic and chili peppers. Cook for 20 more seconds

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce & chicken stock and season sauce to taste with salt and garlic powder, bring to boil then simmer on low

  5. 5

    In another pot, boil noodles til just done, drain and rinse in cold water

  6. 6

    Add drained noodles to sauce. Serve with refried beans and warmed flour tortillas. Enjoy!
