Ingredients

  • 1 canCampbell's cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 2 cupAlfredo sauce jarred
  • 1 lbOrzo
  • 110 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 canArtichoke hearts, quartered
  • 2 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, crushed red pepper, parsley flakes
  • 1 lbChicken, cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook orzo according to package.

  2. 2

    Defrost spinach in microwave for 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Drain artichoke hearts. Mix with spinach in bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Season to taste.

  4. 4

    Drain orzo. Add to spinach mixture.

  5. 5

    Add in sauce and chicken. Mix well. Top with cheese.

  6. 6

    Wrap baking dish with foil. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Unwrap and broil until cheese is brown. Serve immediately.
