Ingredients

  1. 125 gall purpose flour
  2. 6eggs
  3. 175 geggs
  4. 85 gbutter
  5. 50 gcocoa

    Beat the eggs over heat proof bowl

  2. 2

    Whip the eggs over the bowl

  3. 3

    Keep whisking till foamy. The egg should be thick and have a continuous flow

  4. 4

    Sift the flour and cocoa into the egg and gently fold in

  5. 5

    Melt butter, allow to cool and gently mix in the flour

  6. 6

    Pour I'm baking tin aligned with grease proof paper

  7. 7

    Bake at 180.

  8. 8

    Soak the cake with 4th sugar syrup

  9. 9

    Wipe some cream and apply

  10. 10

    Slice some strawberries and arrange.
